1. Will I be able to collect my order without my Collection document?
>> No. You must ensure that you take your Collection document to the Collection Point.
2. I have accidentally deleted my Collection document. What should I do?
>> You will be able to retrieve Collection document at http://www.carnageuk.com/recover Please follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Can you change the name on my Collection document?
No, it is not possible to change the name that appears on a Collection document. Once an order is placed with us, the Collection document is automatically generated. Your personal details and the specific details relevant to your specific order are hard-coded and encrypted into the barcode which appears on the Collection document. Once generated, no amendments are possible.
4. What do I need to take with me to be able to collect my order?
>> You MUST take the following:

>> Your driver's licence photo card, your passport, your debit/credit card or your student ID card.
5. I am unable to personally collect my T-Shirt. Can my friend collect my T-Shirt instead of me and if so, what will my friend need to take to the Collection Place?
>> Yes. You will need to give your Collection document and YOUR ID to yur friend so they can make the collection.
>> Your friend will NOT be able to collect YOUR order without YOUR Collection Document and YOUR ID.
>> Failure to follow the instructions outlined here will result in our Collection Desk staff refusing to issue your T-Shirt to your friend. In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or in full. This policy is full and final and without exception(s).
6. I am unable to make the event. Can I sell my Collection document to my friend and will my friend be able to collect the order instead of me?
>> If you are unable to attend an event, you can sell your Collection document to a friend. In order for your friend to be able to collect their T-shirt you MUST provide your friend with YOUR ID.
>> Failure to follow the instructions outlined here will result in our Collection Desk staff refusing to issue your order to your friend. In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or in full. This policy is full and final and without exception(s).
7. I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?
>> No. You will not be entitled to a refund in part or in full. This policy is full and final and without exception(s).
8. Will I get a refund if I forget to collect my order or if I don’t make it in time to collect my order from the Collection Place during the pre-set Collection Times?
>> No. You will not be entitled to a refund in part or in full. This policy is full and final and without exception(s).
9. Can you send my order to me by post/by courier?
>> No. Any order placed on our website can only be collected from the pre-arranged Collection Point.
10. If I send my email enquiry on a Sunday, will you respond to me that day?
>> No. If your event is taking place on a Sunday and you contact us on that Sunday, you will not receive a response from us the same day.
11. Can you leave my order behind the bar for me to collect later?
>> No. Your order will need to be collected from the Collection Desk at the location as detailed on your Collection document.
12. Can I collect my order before the event or can I collect my order on a different date, or at a different time?
>> No. Your order can only be collected on the date and times printed on your Collection document. The collection date and collection times were provided to you on-screen prior to placing your order with us.
13. Will I need to take proof of age ID with me when I am attending the event?
>> Yes. The participating venues are required to check proof of age identification. You will need to take with you to the event, your driver’s licence photo card or your passport. A student ID card will not be suitable for the purpose of proving you are over the age of 18.

15. If I send an enquiry how long will it take you to reply to my email?
We aim to respond to enquiries received within a period of 3 working days. It is therefore imperative that you contact us in good time to allow us to respond to your enquiry.16. If I contact any other email address about an order that I have placed via the website, will my enquiry be dealt with?
